What You'll do:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team's success.
• Project Management: Collaborate with product managers to plan, prioritize, and manage the front-end development tasks and projects. Ensure the team delivers projects on time and within budget.
• Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Write clean, reusable, and scalable code.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest front-end development trends, tools, and best practices. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, making informed decisions on technology choices and architecture.
• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, and best practices, and maintain code quality. Provide constructive feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and code quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of front-end components.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in frontend applications, optimizing code and implementing efficient techniques to enhance user experience and page load times.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA engineers to define and implement front-end testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural designs, coding standards, and guidelines, to ensure knowledge sharing and code maintainability.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Encourage the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a frontend developer, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
