What makes you a great fit:

• You will be a key partner in driving the product & technology growth charter as a front-end specialist. The charter will have three components: (i) Growth driving initiatives you and your teams will partner with our X-teams on; (ii) Innovation initiatives that you will champion (iii) Participate in any central tech cost optimisation & compliance initiatives.
• People org: One of your most critical levers will be people. You will be keenly involved in creating a highly motivated team, with a high growth mindset. You will use the disciplined best practices of MIS, daily standups, action trackers, but most importantly ensure a culture of high speed drivers and bar raisers. On Day1, you will have a team of ~6 people covering app and web development. You will be supported by the rest of the technology & data organisation, and you and your teams will work closely with each of our cross-functional teams (X-teams) driving User Growth, Supply & Category Growth, Content Growth, Supply Chain efficiency, Omnichannel growth.
• Role reports to the VP Product & Technology.
