What you will do:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions, with a focus on data science and backend development.
• Conduct research and experimentation with Large Language Models (LLMs), satellite imagery analysis, and other cutting-edge technologies to extract actionable insights for agriculture.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, define project goals, and develop scalable AI solutions that meet the needs of farmers and stakeholders.
• Architect and implement data pipelines, storage solutions, and API services to support AI model training, inference, and deployment.
• Apply machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to derive insights from agricultural data and improve decision-making processes.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize AI algorithms and models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members and contribute to building a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
