What you'll do:

• Execute Data Science projects for building best-in-class models/solutions for the Data Intelligence Practice @ PayU.
• Manage client engagements for Data Intelligence practice, from PoC execution to production deployment
•  Apply advanced statistical and predictive modelling techniques to build, maintain, and improve on multiple real-time decision systems.
• Utilize patterns and variations in the volume and other characteristics of data for predictive analysis.
• Work closely with PayU internal partners (e.g. Business and Technology teams) to design and implement the optimal DS solutions
• Opportunity to work on exceptional projects using cutting edge technology in a big data environment

What makes you a great fit:

• A degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or other similar quantitative field from a premier institute
• 3+ years of work experience as a Data scientist preferably in a fintech environment
• Good experience in building machine learning models and strong programming skills in Python, R and SQL
