What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement natural language generation models for analytics and business intelligence applications in the field of for HR, benefits, and payroll analytics.
• Design and implement natural language query systems for data analysis and exploration
• Build natural language insights on analytics for data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise data science use cases and deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in NLP, NLU, NLG and data science and apply them to improve our core solutions
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models for various NLP tasks
• Lead and mentored junior data scientists, providing guidance and support on NLP and data science best practices
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

What makes you a great fit:

• Ph. D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data science and NLP, with a focus on natural language generation and analytics
• Exposure to building large language models such as GPT-3 T5 or BERT
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Gensim
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with data visualisation and dash-boarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI and adept in building data-driven stories.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
