What you’ll do:

• Working with the CXOs to implement innovative ideas from scratch and improvise the existing product.
• Development and implementation of cutting-edge Educational Technology with the aim of revolutionizing the sector.
• Handle end-to-end delivery of the project starts from understanding the requirements of the Product to releasing
• scalable and bug-free features
• Manage the team of developers and ensure a positive working environment along with timely delivery
• Get involved and mentor in System Architecture, and Database Design discussions with the team
• Maintain high-quality code by getting involved in code reviews
• Closely work with DevOps team to handle the infrastructure

What makes you a great fit:

• Overall 7+ years of experience working as a developer in startup or product-based companies.
• Working currently as a Senior Developer/Architect or Team Lead in a product-oriented company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience in systems architecture & in building scalable tech platforms.
• Experience in building the projects from scratch.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• High-level proficiency in Python and web development technologies(optional)- React/NextJs
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
