What you'll do :

• Design and implement scalable, robust, and high-performance software solutions that enhance
• AiSensy's WhatsApp Engagement Platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new
• features and services.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including research, design, development,
• testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure the reliability and security of the platform by incorporating best practices in software
• development and testing.
• Optimize the platform for maximum speed and scalability.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and participate in code reviews to maintain high
• development standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends that could impact our platform and services

What makes you a great fit :

• 2+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of developing and
• maintaining scalable web applications.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to AiSensy's technology stack
• (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React).
• Experience with database management and data modeling (MongoDb).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience in developing APIs and integration solutions is a plus.
