What you'll do:

• Drive client meetings with data-driven insights and observations on key website/app metricsfor

Upper Funnel, middle Funnel and Lower funnel experiences.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders across multiple LOBs and functions. Translate business

requirements into understanding key KPIsthat can help guide decision making.

• Create site performance dashboards in a product analytics tool like Adobe Analytics (or similar tools

like Google Analytics, Amplitude etc.).

• Develop Data-driven hypothesis and make recommendations on improve site engagement,

conversion and other metrics.

• Define requirements for business dashboards to be created in Tableau.

• Pull out real-time business metrics from transactionalsystems/data-warehouses and understand

thetrends/drivers of those metrics.

• Lead and participate in daily standup meetings to continuously assess data needs and deliver those.

• Lead and participate in WBR/MBRs to present and discuss business trends

• Hire, develop and mentor junior data analysts in the team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding

the implementation of changes

What makes you a great fit:

Background

• Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from

a Top-Tier institution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis/Product Analyst function in aProduct org or a

client facing role.

• Knowledge of Product Analytics tool Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/Amplitude etc.

• Proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools like Tableau.

• Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing Director+ level

stakeholders a plus.
