What you’ll do:

• Lead backend development projects, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
• Design and implement the microservices architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable code.
• Develop high-quality backend systems with Node.js, PHP (Laravel, Yii), and Python.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, front-end developers, and designers to meet project objectives.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
• Maintain and guide the team to adhere to standards of code versioning and the standards for Readme files and code structuring in projects.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development.
