• Develop proof of concepts and prototypes, prioritizing MVP features for swift market entry.
• Utilize Agile and Lean methodologies for rapid and efficient feature delivery.
• Explore and adopt new technical solutions to enhance our technology stack.
• Configuration expertise on AWS Connect as per agreed specifications.
• Document technical designs and final product build elaborately.
• Provide proactive production support, incident triage, and timely issue resolution.

• Work experience in Linux-based environments.
