What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentoring.

• Experience with Apache, Nginx, and HAProxy for server configuration and load balancing.
• Implement and optimize caching strategies, including Nginx caching and file caching techniques.
• Core Web Vitals understanding and ability to enhance website metrics.
• Proficient in both MySQL and MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Good to have skills in Elasticsearch for advanced data searching.
• Optionally leverage Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis tasks.
• Lead the team in an Agile development environment.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and contribute to iterative development.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
