What you'll do :

• Responsibilities include estimating, planning, coordinating testing activities and sharing final test reports.
• Ability to quickly assess risk, lead a team to a decision point and ensure plans are executed to manage timely deliverables.
• Identify appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression, and develop test plans and cases as needed.
• Ensure quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved.
• Analyse and identify the issues found during testing, either work with the QA teams and/or the R& D teams to diagnose them.
• Use Test Management tools to create, maintain, track and execute test cases; as well as use the Defect Tracking tools.
• Lead meetings with QA team and promote a spirit of collaboration across teams and individuals.

What makes you a great fit :

• 6 to 8 years of QA experience including writing and executing test plans.
• Manage a QA team of 6 to 10 engineers, be a mentor and coach for the junior members.
• 3 to 4 years of test automation experience in designing and writing QA automation, with selenium / Java and API tests.
• Ability to develop and execute manual as well as automated tests in order to ensure software product quality.
• It's a hands-on, highly interactive role in a fast-paced environment with multitude SAAS applications / clusters of environments.
• Extensiveness testing experience on web based and mobile applications, also understanding of latest technologies & tools.
• Passion for learning and mentoring.
• Familiar with SAAS concepts, KANBAN, AGILE, JIRA, Confluence and CI, CD processes
• Intermediate on script programming (Java, Python, Shell, etc. ).
• Hands-on experience in building automated regression testing capabilities using current technologies
• Good to have: Experience on Performance tests, like Load, Stress and Endurance tests.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Team player, Independent, out-of-the-box thinker and self-learner.
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English
• Bachelor's Degree in a Science or Engineering related discipline.
