What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and maintain our infrastructure, leveraging cloud services (e. g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and automated software delivery.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimising downtime.
• Implement security best practices, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and data.
• Automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for process improvements and tooling enhancements.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role, preferably in a Linux environment.
• Strong background in Linux system administration and scripting (e. g., Bash, Python).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e. g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e. g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e. g., Nagios, ELK Stack).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e. g., Git) and CI/CD concepts.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
