What you'll do:

• Design, Implement, and Maintain features, workflows, and API across Interface's conversational AI Platform, Products, and Partner Integrations.
• Give and receive technical feedback through code reviews or design discussions.
• Work with a team of driven and passionate colleagues(Developers, Product managers, QAs, Conversational designers, etc. ) who work on cutting-edge technology and take pride in solving complex problems.

What makes you a great fit:

• Have 4-8 years of work experience as a software developer.
• Hands-on experience in building small products or features in a big product and taking it live.
• Hands-on experience in Node.js .
• Hands-on experience in working with Relational DBs and writing complex SQL queries(Postgresql/MySQL).
• Have a good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Participate in the Design and Development of new features in the product.
• Participate in Product releases through requirement reviews, development, deployment, documenting release notes and technical details regarding functionality and configuration.
• Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with broad-level requirements, deadlines, pressures, etc.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Solaris environments.
• Must have experience with Version Control systems, preferably GIT.
• Need to have excellent team orientation skills.
• Good Communication Skills are required.
• Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs no supervision.
• Exposure to performance tuning and resolving production issues in previous engagements is a plus.
• Having exposure to the AWS cloud environment is a plus.
• Are passionate about learning new stuff(technologies, programming languages, etc. ) and do so quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing good technical documents.
