• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and designers to develop and maintain high-quality ReactJS applications
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
• Should have prior experience of working business leaders (CTO, VP of Engineering, Tech lead)
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Should have made business impact with work around areas like performance optimisation; worked on products from scratch
