What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, reusable ReactJS components for our web applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend engineers) to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize code performance and identify bottlenecks for efficient application rendering.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX) and optimize data fetching strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our front-end architecture and codebase.
• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ReactJS trends and technologies, participating in learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• 4-8 years of experience developing production-ready applications using ReactJS and related technologies (e.g., Redux, GraphQL, TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript concepts (ES6+, async/await, closures, etc.).
• Experience with component state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and familiar with preprocessors like Sass or Less.
