What you'll do :

• Plans and design technical architecture of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for leadership review and approval.
• Work closely with the development team to help drive the API development effort.
• Design and develop software that meets current and future requirements.
• Chose and create tools and processes to increase development productivity.
• Ensure the system will meet quality, security, and scalability needs.
• Build prototypes and POCs to validate and illustrate technologies and best practices.
• Keep up to date with industry standards and trends, and initiate change when opportunities are identified. Passion for improving developer productivity and building scalable systems.
• Exercise independent judgment to solve challenges inherent in application development.

• Excellent hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using technologies like .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, OAuth, C#, REST, JSON, Web Service, Unit Test frameworks, and SQL queries.
• Cloud Computing: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) services and solutions. Understanding of cloud architecture principles, including scalability, availability, and security. Design, develop, test, and deploy Flex features and services in the AWS cloud. Strong Knowledge of AWS Cloud - EC2, ECS, ECR, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, cloud logs, etc.
• Passion for improving developer productivity and building scalable systems. Familiarity with serverless computing concepts and AWS Lambda. Designing serverless architectures for specific use cases.
• API Design and Management: Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs. Knowledge of API Gateway services in AWS.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Implementing monitoring and logging solutions for enterprise applications. Proficiency with AWS monitoring tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray, etc).
• Performance Optimization, Scalability and Resilience: Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. Implementing caching strategies and optimizing resource utilization and Database query optimization. Designing for scalability and high availability. Implementing auto-scaling and load-balancing utilization.
• Deployment Experience: Understanding of HA, Scalability, Monitoring, Centralized Logging, etc. concepts and frameworks in a Cloud Native environment.
• Strong background in Test-driven development (unit tests and integration tests)
• Strong Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases preferably DynamoDB
• Knowledge of working with CI/CD tools and git.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and solid Principles.
