What will you do :

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, K-6, Artillery or any open-source tools.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
• Participate in test planning activities, defining performance test objectives, scope, and strategy.
• Work closely with the QA team to integrate performance testing into the overall testing process.
• Monitoring and Analysis:
• Set up and configure performance monitoring tools to capture and analyze key performance metrics using GRAFANA + INFLUX DB etc.
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results, identifying performance issues and recommending solutions.
• Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to address performance-related issues and drive performance improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss performance requirements and testing progress.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results for performance testing efforts.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of performance testing documentation and best practices.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing of web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or any open source tool.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools and analysis of performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
