Lead Full Stack Developer

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Module Lead to join our Data Engineering Team. 
• The ideal candidate will have experience in application engineering, data analytics, and data integration technologies, and be able to lead the team in developing and implementing new solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in application engineering, with a focus on building Data Contracts, data integration technologies

• Database: PostgreSQL or any RDBMS. Must have strong SQL and performance tuning skills. Should know database design

• Platform: Docker, Kubernetes(k8s), CI/CD

• Concepts: Event Driven System Design Skills, Functional or Object Oriented Programming skills, Clean Coding, Working knowledge of common design patterns, APIs, Data Modeling

• Backend: One or more of Elixir, Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, Python, and Go and ready to work on any of the stacks listed here after upskilling

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of developers

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of Application Engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications
• Design and build data integration and data visualization solutions
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that application development aligns with overall company goals
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Ensure that team members are working efficiently and effectively, and provide feedback and mentoring as needed
• Review and approve project deliverables and ensure that they pass IDfy quality gates
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Participate in sprint planning
