What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage a small team of front-end developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Architect, design, and develop highly responsive and scalable web applications using React and other modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
• Set up and enforce best coding practices, coding standards, and development processes to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and encouraging continuous improvement within the team.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.

What makes you a great fit:

• Proven experience as a front-end developer with a strong focus on React and related libraries.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux).
• Experience with data structure libraries (e. g., Immutable.js ).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Comfortable with using Linux, AWS, and code versioning tools such as Git.
• Working experience in a start-up is an add-on.
