What you'll do:

Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python/Django.
Manage databases with Postgres, and implement caching with Redis.
Handle asynchronous tasks using Celery and data streaming with Kafka.
Collaborate with frontend teams and create required APIs.
Mentor junior developers, lead the backend team, and ensure code quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.

5+ years of experience in Python/Django backend development.
Proficiency in Postgres, Redis, Kafka, and Celery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective team collaboration and communication abilities.
