What you'll do:

• Technical Leadership: Drive the technical vision of the backend development team ensuring best practices, efficient architecture, and scalability.
• Development & Design: Hands-on coding, API design, database design, and ensuring the seamless integration of different components of the backend systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality code within specified deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement relevant new technologies, best practices, and methodologies to facilitate continuous development improvement.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level developers by sharing best practices, conducting code reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
• Testing & Maintenance: Ensure the quality of code through writing unit tests, integration tests, and automating test processes.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, identify, and rectify any performance bottlenecks in the applications.
• Security: Implement and oversee security measures to protect against unauthorized access, attacks, and breaches.
