• Proven working experience in Android development.
• Experience in App Components, UI frameworks, developer tools and workflows.
• Good understanding of Android Design Patterns, as well as Google's Design Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies;
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies;
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle;
• Good understanding of networking, caching of local data and multitasking on Android;
• Experience with 3rd party libraries and services;
• Leadership qualities, ability to work in a dynamic team environment, with a mix of local and remote resources;
• Very good communication skills;
