What you'll do:

• Lead the technical vision and strategy for the development of our privacy/security products.
• Manage and scale the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Solve complex technical problems and provide technical leadership for the team.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products.
• Work closely with the CTO and other executives to define the product roadmap and prioritize features.
• Mentor and coach individual contributors, helping them to reach their full potential.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with technology partners, vendors, and contractors.

• At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role in software engineering.
