What you'll do:

• Be both highly technical and an effective people manager
• Set clear expectations and goals for people in your team and be heavily invested in their accelerated growth
• Participate and influence technical design, code reviews and overall system architecture.
• Be a subject matter expert in at least one product domain
• Lead teams that own multiple goals in an ambiguous or high-impact area
• Work with your team and cross functional partners to define and influence strategy
• Collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives and create clear business impact

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of hands-on software design and development experience as a Software Development Engineer coding in C++, Java or Golang.
• Technical domain experience in building modern web/mobile based consumer facing applications using AWS, Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• 1+ years of engineering management experience with complete people management responsibilities (hiring, performance, compensation, growth planning)
