What you'll do:

• Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Ready to adapt and learn based on Product Requirements.
• Containerize applications, Run and Maintain them on EKS Cluster.
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Performing root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
• Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining cloud solutions on AWS in accordance with best practices.
• Support Developers with AWS Service interactions and Usage.
• Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
• Being a part of On-Call Rosters to maintain Service Availability even after office hours.

What makes you a great fit:

• At least 2 year of relevant work experience as a DevOps Engineer/SRE.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience with AWS particularly IAM, EC2, S3, SQS, Route53, CodeDeploy, EKS, Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems, Containerization and Container Orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Strong Linux system skills and experience with scripting languages (Python & Bash).
• Working Knowledge of Logging and Log Analytics like Elastic Search.
• Strong Understanding of Cloud Networking, right from IPTables to inter VPC Communication.
• Be a team player and strong problem-solver to work with a diverse team.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with EKS, Kubernetes
• Work Experience with Different Types of Databases like MongoDB, Redis etc.
• Experience with Monitoring Tools Preferably Grafana, ELK and Prometheus.
• Experience using configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Innate interest towards securing the infra.
