• The modern data stack is highly fragmented. The analogy we use is that all the vendors are selling ‘car parts’. Imagine walking into a Honda and instead of selling you a Civic they sell you an engine and you have to build your own car. That's exactly what the experience looks like today.

What makes you a great fit:

• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering/analytics, with a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end data solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data warehouse platforms like Snowflake and Google BigQuery is highly desirable; familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, and AWS is a plus.
• Experience with modern data stack tools (such as fivetran,dbt, census) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in one of the BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Preset/Superset, Metabase .
• Familiarity with Airflow, Databricks, and event tracking tools such as Heap, Segment, and Rudderstack is nice to have.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
• Great communication skills and the ability to proactively engage with client capable of effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Getting things done, knowing how to unblock yourself, communicating, and engaging with customers proactively.
