• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user engagement, behavior, and preferences across multiple platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DAZN-X’s market managers, marketing, and engineering, to deliver actionable insights.
• Manage the data in Snowflake Warehouse using SQL, and create detailed dashboards, reports, and visualizations' that give stakeholders valuable insights using Looker, Excel, and Power BI.
• Work closely with market managers to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics-driven approaches for measuring success.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing user engagement, personalization, and social interactions through innovative features and experiences.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability for analysis purposes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis, visualization, and user engagement. Work with users to elicit requirements and capture process flows.
