Aman is a 25 year old passionate culinary craftsperson with over 5 years of fine dine restaurant industry experience. As a Chef de Cuisine at the Amaranta restaurant (Awarded Best Modern Indian Cuisine Restaurant by BBC Good Food Guild 2019 in the Regional Category) at the Oberoi Hotel.
Aman was part of the Pre-Opening Team of Rahi Artisanal Indian as a Jr. Sous Chef; one of the best restaurants in New York City which was voted as the Top 38 Essential Restaurants in NYC within 3 months of the launch
