What you will do:

• Collaborate with a small, autonomous team of developers, designers, and product owners to find end-to-end solutions to important problems.
• Implement these solutions for our backend, adhering to best development practices.
• Help your team solve problems in a way that makes sense for users and our codebase.

What makes you a great fit:

• You have a deep understanding of database design and management (SQL/Elastic Search databases preferred) with a minimum experience of 1 year.
• You know how to write readable, maintainable, performant code in programming languages like Python/Java/C.
• You are experienced building for distributed cloud systems (CI/CD deployment, Load balancing, Containerization), RESTful API development and optimization (HTTP life cycle management).
• You care about quality and you know what it means to ship high-quality code. 
• If you have built scalable user-facing products in the past, its a plus. It doesn't matter what language or stack you are comfortable with, but you should have explored it in deep. You should know the benefits, limitations, alternatives and scope for improvement in your code.
