What you will do:

• Automating AI/ML Pipeline- Lead team in building ML use cases for enterprises, solving customers' problems, and strongly participating in creating innovative solutions within WalkingTree
• Must be able to guide team in different aspects of Models like Model Governance, Model Building, Model Storage, Model Monitoring, Model Security and Model inference
• Must be able to guide team in automating feature selection, and data preprocessing for a wide variety of which includes text, numeric, video, audio, IOT, and spatial data
• Preparing Models-Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress
• Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability
• Preparing models such that they can be reused
• Lead team in automating ML Development and deployment framework
• Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world
• Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning
• Supervising the data acquisition process if more data is needed
• Finding available datasets online that could be used for training
• Defining validation strategies
• Defining the preprocessing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset
• Defining data augmentation pipelines
• Training models and tuning their hyperparameters
• Analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them
• Deploying models to production

What makes you a great fit:

• Proficiency with a deep learning framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras
• Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning such as sci-kit-learn and pandas
• Expertise in Big Data Handling
• Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets
• Must be good in either Azure Cloud Analytics or related ecosystems.
• Ability to select hardware to run an ML model with the required latency
• Understanding of MLflow and Orgo workflow will be an asset Experience
• Must have 8+ years of experience in IT and 4+ years in Data Science.
• Must have a B.Tech (computer science) or equivalent degree
• A good understanding of domains like FinTech, HealthTech and/or Factory will be a plus.
• A good understanding of Generative AI, specifically GPT3+ would be great.
